A business owner approached requested that our team figure out how to structure and build his business for profitability and growth. During the three previous years, the company had lost over $1M despite a large sales staff of 13 people.

Using accumulated operational and financial data, we created a recovery plan which included optimizing service routes, implementing processes for customer service, maintenance, and follow up. Additionally, we introduced new products to increase average customer value and provide a unique value proposition against the competition. We also designed uniforms and vehicle wraps and orchestrated a physical office move to lower lease payments. Meeting weekly with the management staff over the course of six months, the company achieved six figure profitability which continued for the following two years.

Less than 2 years later, the company sold for 10x EBITDA (3x industry standard).
